Allocating a Role
name
Updating a user's Permissions User Permissions can be updated to assign a user a particular Role. This may be a Property Manager role, for example, if you have a new member of the building team who requires this access, or it might be a Workplace Manager role, that you would like to assign to a new Key Tenant Contact. You may also need to remove these permissions
.
Note, if you do not have a Role assigned to your profile that you require, please contact support@getequiem.com To begin, log into Equiem One and select Settings, then choose the Users tab. Using the search bar, search for the user you want to update the Permissions for by typing in their name or email address. Ensure you are on the All Users tab. From here, you will see all the Roles you have access to assign/remove. To assign a Role, select the box underneath the Role you would like to assign and select your site. Click Save Changes. To remove a Role for a user, simply press the X button next to the name of the site and press Save Changes. The Property Manager Role should only be used for building team members managing the platform, not end users.
