When a user signs up to the Platform using an email address not pre-approved as a domain, their status will be set to Pending. The Site Property Manager will receive an email asking them to manually approve any new user who's email domain does not match their company's pre-approved domain. The user will be unable to log into the Platform until their status has been changed to Active.
