Once all of the receptionist users have been added, click Save.

A user message will be be presented confirming the creation of the new reception.

Adding a Tenant Receptionist

Tenant Receptionists must be registered users of the platform before you can add them as a receptionist on the Visitor Management System.

The below instructions guide you how to add a tenant receptionist provided you have already followed the above steps to create your tenant reception.

You can also add a receptionist as part of the creation of a tenant reception if required.
