You can also enable SMS alerts on a user-by-user basis:
Log in to the Store Manager and click Vendor Settings
Scroll down to the User Management section and select the Edit icon for the user you want to receive SMS notifications
Toggle the SMS button as required. In this instance, the SMS are turned on for this user.
Press Save
