There are three user statuses:
Active
Pending
Deactivated
When a user registers for the Platform using an email address that matches their company's pre-approved domain, or if there is no domain set against their company, they will be automatically approved and their status set to Active.
When a user signs up to the Platform using an email address not pre-approved as a domain, their status will be set to Pending. The Property Manager will receive an email asking them to manually approve any new user who's email domain does not match their company's pre-approved domain. The user will be unable to log into the Platform until their status has been changed to Active.
If a user has left the building permanently, their account will need to be deactivated.
