Editing & Cancelling Appointments
If you need to amend a visitor appointment, locate the appointment from the Appointments page. Select the appointment you would like to amend to open the details.
Click Edit.

Make the required changes and press Save.

To cancel a visitor appointment, locate the appointment from the Appointments page. Select the appointment you would like to amend to open the details.
Click the 3 dots next to the edit button and choose Cancel.

Your visitor will receive a cancellation email if you have previously provided their email address.
