Overview

To foster a sense of belonging to the building community, Property Managers can grant Workplace Managers in their building access to Equiem One. This way, Workplace Managers can self-publish News, Building Information and Events to their employees and suggest News, Building Information and Events to the wider building communityYou can finally break down the silos and promote the great work of your tenants to your building community. 

Workplace Managers have a mini content management widgetswidget included on their interface. It allows them to suggest News, Building Information and Events posts, see the list of posts they have initiated, track their publication status and audience, and finally edit or delete them if required.

While you will be notified of new content being suggested and directed to the back-end to review and publish Workplace Managers posts, you can also jump to straight to the back-end to view these posts: https://iris.getequiem.com/ . They are marked with a blue tag EQONE.

Approving Workplace Manager Content

When a Workplace Manager suggests content via Equiem One, you will receive a notification of this.

The user who is assigned as the Default Iris post assignee within the Site Settings will receive notification that a piece of content has been assigned to them.

Click the link provided (either through the Equiem One notification or email) and you will be taken to the content within the Content Management System.

Workplace Manager content can be identified by a blue EQONE tag and the Community Contribution category.

From here, review the content, making any changes as required. When you are happy, switch the status from Needs Review to Published.

The associated Workplace Manager will see that their content has been approved.
