Merging Site Managers and Property Managers: Scheduled for release on Wednesday 15 November 2023.
What this means:
Existing Property Managers won't experience any changes.
Site Managers will automatically receive the Property Manager role, granting them access to manage user and company settings (no manual role assignment required).

Site Managers will therefore receive the Bookings Confirmation emails. There are easy ways to filter these emails from your inbox by creating a rule in your messaging service. In the first quarter of 2024 (Jan to March), we will update the Bookings notifications to allow users to opt-out of certain emails which the Site Managers will be able to do not to receive the Bookings email confirmation anymore. |
Property Managers will be able to access Admin Panel if they need to access site settings, taxonomy etc. We will add a redirect to Equiem One from Admin Panel User Settings.
Regional Managers will retain access to manage users across all sites in Admin Panel. If they need to manage users on a site-by-site basis, they will need to use Equiem One.
