To help with event management, users who have added their phone number to their platform profile will be able to self-check-in to an event, 30 minutes before it starts, providing they have RSVP'd. This saves you from having to check them in using their email address and helps your event run more efficiently, saving time for all those in the queue.

The colourful bars displayed in the Check In dashboard are unique to each event, so if you have multiple events taking place that day you will see different coloured flags.

When users use the SMS check in they will be redirected to a page which shows them the matching coloured flag. They can then show this to the event manager to show they’ve already checked in. 
The SMS check-in screen displays a live clock, so you know the link is valid and not a screenshot.

This user will then automatically show as Checked In on the report.

There is nothing extra you need to do, simply make sure you have ticked Allow users to check in when creating your event post.
