Requirements

Before you start creating a Google Developer Account you must have:

  • A credit or debit card

  • Company email address - we recommend generic e.g. mobile@yourcompany.com

  • A phone number - we recommend a mobile phone

  • Company website

  • Name and email address to be associated with the account (this person will need to provide a form of ID to verify)

  • Government-issued photo ID e.g. passport or driver’s licence

  • D-U-N-S number - you can look this up or create this here. You’ll need to provide organization details.

  • Registered company address

Note

If you have just created a D-U-N-S number for your organisation, this may take up to 30 days to be reflected in the D-U-N-S registry. Without the D-U-N-S number, you cannot complete the process of creating a Google developer account.

Setting up a Google Account for your Company

  1. Visit Gmail's website (gmail.com) and click on "Create account".
