Overview
By enabling credits for purchase, you can allow your Workplace Managers to purchase additional credits in the form of bundlespackages, to be used for resource booking at your location. You can offer a discounted price on credit packages, if required.
Credit bundles packages will be available in addition to the recurring monthly credits and any unused additional credits purchased for a membership will roll over to the following month.
If a company has their standard recurring credits allowance and their additional purchase credits, the standard allowance will be used first.
Enabling Credits Purchase
Open Equiem One
Select Credits from the left-hand menu
Select Settings from the top right hand corner
Under the General tab, tick the Enable credits purchase box
Next, you’ll need to add a Credit Package for users to purchase. Select Add Credit Package.
Input the number of credits to include in the package, followed by the net value (cost before any discount) and finally choose if you would like to apply a discount by selecting the relevant discount % from the drop down menu.
Press the tick button to add your package and repeat the process as many times as required. Use the delete icon to remove any packages as required.
