This community initiative is a great way to introduce members to your new platform and give them a taste of what’s to come!

Campaign Delivery

  1. Source and purchase a prize. 
    We recommend something relating to the competition such as noise cancelling headphones or a speaker.

  2. Locate the post titled ‘Help us build our [PLATFORM] Community Playlist and you could win [PRIZE]!’ in the Content Management System. Fill in and amend the details as indicated by the square brackets. Adapt the content to suit, if required.
    You will need to decide when you would like the competition to open and close. We recommend opening the competition two weeks after the launch event and running for two weeks.

    Once you have made the changes, set the content to publish on your chosen date.

  1. Once this is complete, you can randomly select a winner from those that who participated using the Comment Report within the post on the Content Management System.
    Arrange collection of the winner’s prize.

Tip:
Take a picture of the winner with their prize to use in the wrap up post.

  1. Locate the post titled ‘The [SITE] playlist is here!’ in the Content Management System. Fill in and amend the details as indicated by the square brackets including the winner’s name and photo if applicable. 

    Include the link to the Spotify playlist in the content, you can also paste the link to the playlist at the end of the content and the Spotify player will embed in the content.

  2. Share the playlist content in your next Newsletter. 

    Ensure the competition post is removed from the Featured Feed.
