The Audience of Reservation and Request Feature

  • Global Admins: This feature enables global admins to create one or more offers in their admin panel and send them to the tenants or potential customers, who are interested in long-term rental. The offer can contain a list of included items and their prices, such as a space for 4 people for 9 months. What is more, Global admin can handle leads right from the flow in one dashboard, can accept, amend or reject requests and can this way handle incoming leads from request to turning it into active subscriptions with new tenants

  • Company Admins: Additionally, this feature allows company admins to create requests. They can customize their own offer by adding the necessary products, spaces and assets they require, as well as choose payment options that are enabled for this company.

  • External Tenant Leads: Clients who have not used our application before also can get the offers from the space managers on their email addresses and they can create their own reservation requests.

General Information

Request and Reservations feature consists of five different sections:

  1. Offers: An offer is prepared in the admin panel and can contain the information about the product, space, its equipment and price. When the offer is sent to the client and they accept it by signing it, it becomes Subscription.

  2. Offer Templates:

    • Offer Template has Offer Template Products of different types

    • when Offer Template is sent to any client, it becomes Offer, that includes client’s data.

  3. Subscriptions: a subscription is created when a Company signs sent Offer. Subscription has Subscription Products of different types (copied from Plan during signing).

  4. Requests & Reservations: A list of offer requests, sent by potential customers, to be accepted or rejected by the space manager. Once a request gets approved, an offer is sent to the client. When client signs the offer, it becomes Subscription.

  5. Occupancy overview: a breakdown of products showing the occupancy in a selected time period.

  • Tenant Offer Creation: Tenants also have the capability to create their own offers and submit them to the global admin for acceptance, providing them with greater flexibility and involvement in the booking process.

  • Advertise your products effectively: The Reservation and Request feature offers a URL that can be implemented on your website or shared via QR codes on posters and stickers. This direct link enables potential users to access it effortlessly. By utilizing various marketing channels, you can effectively showcase your available spaces or other products and attract potential customers.
