With Members Group, Global and Company admins can do the following while managing groups:
Create a new group
Edit the existing group's details
Delete the existing group

Creating a Group
To create a new group:
Go to the Groups tab of the Members module in the admin mode
Click on the round + button
Fill in the group's name and description and click Create
You'll be redirected to the newly created group's details if successful. You can Edit/Delete the group and Add new members on this screen.
