This guide outlines the process for making a new booking in Equiem One |
You can create new bookings and manage existing bookings on behalf of yourself and your users via the Bookings Catalogue page.

To make a new booking, select NEW BOOKING.
open the Catalogue
Select which resource you are creating a booking for in the list view or use the calendar interface if in calendar view.
Type in the name of the user the booking is for. Add your own name if it is for your own use.
Select the user name and click Add.
Note:The booking form will open on the right hand side. Fill in the date and start/end time for your booking, or choose the time slot, depending on how the resource is configured.
The host will default to you. Change this to another user by searching their name and pressing Add.
Bookings can only be made for members of the platform you are creating the booking for. If a user does not appear, they will need to register to the platform before you can create the booking on their behalf.You can see any other bookings for the space greyed out in the calendar.
Add the date of the booking from the calendar.
Type the start time or use the time picker.
Repeat with the End time. The calendar will block the time out as you progress.
Select the room configuration if applicable.
Select any Add-Ons.
If payment is required for this booking, select the contact information to send the invoice to.
If you need to invoice an alternative contact for this booking, you can add their details manually.
Add the contact's full name.
Add the contact's email.
Click Save details for next time if you want to keep these details for future bookings.
Click the checkbox if you want to revert back to the default contact details.
Select Confirm Booking.
Your new booking will appear in your Reservations.
The user Select how you would like the space to be configured and add an optional title for your meeting.
Add any notes if required, for example, a PO number. Notes added here are only visible to the bookings team.
Select any extras, if applicable.
Accept the terms and conditions, if applicable
Press Confirm Booking or Go to Payment, depending on the resource.
For invoice payments, if the site has been set up to enable billing details, the user will select from the provided list of billing details for their company.
If it this hasn’t been enabled, they can select their own details to be invoiced or add alternative invoice details manually.Alternatively, you can select from credit card or credit payment, depending on how the resource has been set up.
The host will get a confirmation email, as well as the option to add the booking to their calendar.
The user can View Booking Details on the platform.
From here, the user can Cancel the Booking (providing user cancellations were permitted in the resource creation).
And proceed to cancellation, or press Back to cancel.
The user can also Edit the Booking.
They can make changes and press Next, or press cancel.
