Segmenting Spaces

You will need to choose who can raise a request for the spaces you add.

  • Building - Only users associated with a company linked to the building can submit requests for the space

  • Custom - A specific audience can be defined to submit requests for the space

Info

By default, all spaces added using the bulk upload feature will have Building visibility. To change this, use the pencil icon.

Select either Building or Custom.

...

If you select Building, there is nothing more you need to do, simply press Add Space (or Save Changes if you are editing an existing space).

If you select Custom, the segmentation widget will default to All. This setting will make the space available to all users at your site, regardless of the building their company is associated with.

...

To add a specific audience for this space, click the pencil icon and use the segmentation widget to select the audience.

For example, selecting one company who can raise requests for this space.
