Testing and Promoting
Before going live to occupiers, we recommend running some test orders to ensure everything is working as expected. You can do this by segmenting a zero-cost test product to your company and ordering through the platform.
We also recommend checking in with your building team before going live so they can work with you to promote the new store listing to occupiers.
Going Live
Once you have built out your store catalogue and are ready to go live to customers, you’ll need to ensure your Store Listing is set to Live.
Follow the steps below to go live:
Open the Store Manager and select Vendor Settings
Scroll to Operational Details
Set the Status from Hidden to Live
Press Save
That’s it! You’re ready to start transacting on the Marketplace.

This is also where you can hide your store if required, simply switch the toggle back to Hidden and users will no longer be able to see your store listing |
