In the couple of days following the competition closing, choose your winner and contact them via email to arrange collection of their prize.
If possible, take a picture of them with their prize to use in the winner announcement post.

Edit and amend the details as indicated by the square brackets. Include a photo of the winner with their prize if applicable.
Publish on your chosen date and include the post in your next Newsletter.
