User Settings is where all users for your site can be reviewed and managed.
Here are some of the functions you can carry out in User Settings:
Search for users by name, company or email address
Update a user status to active, pending or deactivated
Check when a user last accessed your platform
Apply groups and view attributes for segmentation purposes
Check how many users have opted in to communications
Carry out user troubleshooting such as password resets
Accessing the User Settings
To access the User Settings:
Head to one.getequiem.com and log in using your Equiem account.
Click Settings from the toolbar on the left hand side.
Select the Users Tab.
