Equiem One operates on a role-based interface. To view the interface and its relevant widgets, a user must be assigned a specific role at a given site.
Assigning Roles
If you're a Site Manager or Site Administrator, you can assign Equiem One roles through the Admin Panel.
Current Roles in Equiem One
In the initial version of Equiem One, users can be assigned as:
Property Manager
Workplace Manager (also referred to as Tenant Representative)
Future Role Additions:
In upcoming releases, we'll be introducing roles like Asset Manager, Receptionist, Vendor, and more.
Role Management
You can find the current Equiem One roles for each site in the Admin Panel. They're located under the 'Taxonomy' section and within the 'Role' tab. Roles specific to Equiem One are identified with a blue tag.
Please note:
These roles are "hard-coded" for each site, meaning they can't be edited or removed.
You can still create new roles for segmentation purposes without affecting this feature.
