You can use the Content Management System to create email communications to be sent to members of the site platform with the site's branding applied.

Examples of when you could use this functionality include:

  • Tenant representative emails: A user in our platform can have a role assigned as a tenant rep and email comms sent directly to them and other reps to inform of upcoming work, changes, testing etc.

  • Emergency/Shutdown comms: The building announcement override feature enables the email to be sent to all users within the building irrespective of their email subscriptions. This is particularly important if the building has an emergency such as a fire.

  • General comms to members: There’s often a need to send general comms to members without associating it with a piece of content. This enables the user to draft and send an email from the platform without having to first create the content.
