Editing a Subscription Product
Open the Store Manager and select Catalogue
Select the vendor (if applicable)
Locate the subscription product you would like to edit and click the 3 dot menu next to the product name.
Click Edit and make your required changes
Press Save
Changing the price of the subscription product will not change the price for any users who have already set up a subscription. For example, if User A purchases a subscription product for $20 a month, then 3 months later you increase the price to $25 a month, User A will continue to pay $20 a month until their subscription is cancelled.
Hiding a Subscription Product
Locate the subscription you need to hide in your Catalogue
Click the 3 dots next to the item name and select Hide or press the eye icon
Cancelling a Subscription Product
Open the Store Manager, then click Subscriptions on the left-hand side menu.
If you know which subscription the user is assigned to, select it. Otherwise, you can search for the subscription, or user, in the search field.
Once you have located the subscription click on it to view the report.
Locate the subscribed user on the utilisation report. If there are a lot of existing subscribers, use the search field at the top to narrow down your results.
Click on the 3 vertical circles to open the operations menu, then click Cancel Subscription to proceed.
A confirmation window will be displayed to confirm you want to cancel the subscription. If you proceed to cancel it, the end date will be updated on the report and the user will be notified of their cancelled subscription.
