To begin, log into Equiem One and select Settings, then choose the Users tab.
Using the search bar, search for the user you want to unsubscribe from notifications forby typing in their name or email address. Ensure you are on the All Users tab.
Click on the user to open their profile. Click the Notifications tab.
Use the checkboxes to deselect the required communication option(s). Once you have made the changes, click Save Changes.
Users can also manage their own email subscription preferences in their Profile on the platform.
By deselecting the checkboxes, users will only be removed from the email/notification marketing list (e.g. Newsletters), but they will still receive automated system emails such as Store Order Confirmations, Events RSVP Confirmations and Password Resets.
Please note that under no circumstances should you toggle a user's communication preferences to ON, unless at their express request.
