Updating Notification Settings on Behalf of a User

To begin, log into Equiem One and select Settings, then choose the Users tab.

Using the search bar, search for the user you want to unsubscribe from notifications for by typing in their name or email address. Ensure you are on the All Users tab.

Click on the user to open their profile. Click the Notifications tab.

Use the checkboxes to de-select the required communication option(s). Once you have made the changes, click Save Changes.

Please note that under no circumstances should you toggle a user's communication preferences to ON, unless at their express request.

Updating Notification Settings as a User

Users can also manage their own email subscription preferences in their Profile on the platform. This has a slightly different process depending on the platform being used.

Equiem One

  1. Log into the Equiem One and select your profile icon in the top right hand corner

  2. Select Manage Profile

  3. Switch to the Notifications tab

  4. Select/Unselect check boxes as required

  5. Press Save Changes

Mobile App

  1. Open the mobile app and select your profile icon in the top right hand corner

  2. Switch to the Preferences tab and select Your Details

  3. Select/Unselect check boxes as required

  4. Press Save in the top right hand corner

Web Platform

  1. Open the web platform and select Menu in the top right hand corner

  2. Select My Account

  3. On the Details tab, select/uncheck boxes as required

  4. Press Save in the top right hand corner

By deselecting the checkboxes, users will only be removed from the email/notification marketing list (e.g. Newsletters), they will still receive automated system emails such as Store Order Confirmations, Events RSVP Confirmations and Password Resets.
