Overview
We are excited to announce the release of our new Meeting Room Panel Screen feature, now available for sites that utilise meeting room panels outside of their resources. This new functionality enhances real-time visibility into meeting room availability by displaying up-to-date status directly on the panel. The screen will dynamically show whether a room is available or busy, updating instantly as resource bookings are made or modified.

How to use Resources Room Panels
Open Equiem One
Once logged in, update the URL via the browser to include “bookings/select-room” after the site URL. Eg. https://equiem.one/bookings/select-room
Select the required resource for the display on the resource room panel.
End Users can book resource as normal
Rooms pages update periodically automatically
Important:
Ensure that users are unable to interact with the panel screens by ensuring they are stored in a room panel casing. The Room Panels are not interactive and are currently for informational purposes only.
