Key top-level metrics from your sent newsletters can be found in the Content Management System.

To view these, open the Content Management System and click the Communications tab from the menu.

Click to open the Sent tab, where you can see a list of the sent newsletters for your client.

 Top-level you will be able to see the Subject line, Number of Posts included in the newsletter, the Scheduled Date and Time, the Number of Users it was sent to, the Open Rate and the Click Rate.

To view more detail on the individual posts included in a newsletter, click on the subject of the newsletter in the list. The number of clicks for each post is detailed within a bubble, this is particularly useful when you want to understand which post is most popular and to help structure your future newsletters.
