Q: If I rename a Group, will segmented content to that group still show as expected?
A: Yes, changing the name of a Group will not affect the existing segmentation

Q: If I switch on automatic removal of inactive users, do users who have already been active for 12+ months receive an email letting them know their account will be deactivated?
A: Yes, a user will receive the email.

Q: If I switch on automatic removal of inactive users and select either 3/6/9 month email reminders, do users who have opted out of marketing communications receive these emails?
A: No. However, all users will receive the 12 month email, irrespective of their email preference setting

Q: If I switch on automatic removal of inactive users, will the 12 months start from the time I switch on the feature?
A: No, it will apply to all accounts that have been dormant for 12+ months. It’s not the case that the 12 months starts from when you enable the feature.

Q: What email will users receive that their account might be deactivated due to inactivity (when the auto-deactivation feature has been switched on)?
