We are excited to announce the release of our new Meeting Room Panel Screen feature, now available for sites that utilise meeting room panels outside of their resources. This new functionality enhances real-time visibility into meeting room availability by displaying up-to-date status directly on the panel. The screen will dynamically show whether a room is available or busy, updating instantly as resource bookings are made or modified.
Real-Time Updates: Meeting room status (available/busy) is updated in real time based on booking activities.

We recommend you create a new account on Equiem, e.g.: roombookings@yourbuilding.com - we don't recommend you log-in with your own credentials due to your elevated permission.
Open Equiem One with a user that has the Bookings Observer role.
Once logged in, update the URL via the browser to include “bookings/select-room” after the site URL. Eg. https://equiem.one/bookings/select-room
Select the required resource for the display on the resource room panel.
End Users can book resources as normal
Rooms panel screens update automatically within 60 seconds to reflect the latest resource availability information.
