You can print a test pass for the Visitor Management System to check that your branded paper displays correctly with the system-generated visitor details.
To print your test pass follow the below instructions:
Open Equiem One on a device that is connected to your preferred printer e.g. a reception computer. You will need to login as a Property Manager.
Open Visitor Management from the menu and then click Settings
Visit the Building tab and, if applicable, choose the building you’re testing on behalf of from the drop-down.
Adjust the margin of the pass to add space at the top of the pass for the building logo, this margin is in millimetres. Ths will push the example text in the preview down.
Click print test pass
In the dialog box choose the correct printer, you may need to adjust the default orientation based on the branded paper you have in your printer
Print the test pass, and review the pass to confirm that the printed details are clearly legible, adjusting the margin and orientation to suit your printer and branded paper.
