Log in to the Google Play Console (https://play.google.com/console/) using the credentials used to create your developer account.
Go to the Users and Permissions section. Once there, fill in the details for the new user:
Add the email address: mobileteam@equiem.com.au
Grant us Admin privileges by going to Account permissions and ticking Admin.
Select the “Invite user” button.
