Stripe is our payment gateway and we partner with them for secure payments through the platform.
To transact via the web or app platform, you will need to connect your Stripe account. At the end of each day, sales made through the platform (less a transaction fee) will be transferred via Stripe to your connected account.
You may have already connected your Stripe account during the registration process, if not, you will need to do this before you can add any products or go live on the Marketplace.
If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can set one up here.
To connect your Stripe account:
Open the Store Manager and select Vendor Settings from the left hand menu
Scroll to Payment Details
Select Connect Stripe Account
Follow the onscreen prompts via Stripe to connect
When complete, you will see your Stripe ID number in the Payment Details section
