"My Shortcuts" in the left side navigation allows you to quickly initiate actions so you can save time.
You can quickly get access to your building platform, invite new users to join the platform and create a News or Event post.
You can also add your own shortcuts. Just click on the + icon and follow the steps.
To link an Equiem One page, copy the suffix of that page e.g. /bookings
To link an external site, paste the full URL e.g. https://broadgatetools.uat.vicinitee.net/
You also have possibility to add custom shortcuts to “My Shortcuts” on the left side navigation menu - click on the “+” icon, and follow the steps:

Some shortcuts will remain “hard coded” to the role and cannot be removed by the user.
The user can only delete the shortcuts they have added themselves by clicking on the little “x”.
