Adding levels to your building will allow you to segment by, and therefore communicate with, members on a level by level basis.
To begin, head to the Buildings page and select the required building. Scroll down to Levels. Here you will see the catalogue of available levels you can add to your building. Using the tick boxes, select each level you wish to add to your building.
You can also complete this step immediately after creating a building.
Tip: Press shift, tick the first level you need and the last level you need to automatically include all the levels in between. For example, if you need levels Ground Floor - Level 5, press shift Ground Floor and Level 5 to select all in between.
Press Save once complete.
