Delivery Methods

Delivery methods let users know how they can expect to receive their orders. Depending on the type of vendor you are, you might have one of the following delivery methods:

  • Click & Collect (user collects directly from the vendor)

  • Bring it to me (order is delivered directly to the user's desk. Desk delivery must be available at the site with staff to support this)

  • Digital Delivery (order is confirmed digitally via email and no drop-off or collection is required)

  • Dry Cleaning Delivery (subject to the building, however, orders may be delivered to a dry cleaning drop off location or similar)

To set the delivery method for your store:

  1. Log in to the Store Manager and click Vendor Settings

  2. Scroll down to Operational Details > Delivery Methods

  3. Use the drop down arrow to see delivery methods available at the building you are working with

  4. Use the tick box to select the required delivery method for your store

Delivery methods are managed by the building team, so if you require a delivery method that is not available in the drop down, please speak to your contact at the building and request they add this for you.

A delivery method must be added before you can add any products to your catalogue or go live.

Setting a Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for your store indicates to the user how long they can expect to wait from placing their order and their order being ready.

You can set alternative turnaround times for individual products in your catalogue if required. For example, if most items in your store have a 10-minute turnaround time but one product has a 20-minute turnaround time, you can specify the different turnaround time when you add the product.

To set your turnaround time:

  1. Log in to the Store Manager and click Vendor Settings

  2. Scroll down to Operational Details

  3. Select either Minutes, Hours or Days from the drop down list

  4. Input the number using your keypad, for example, 10 minutes

  5. Press Save at the top of the page

Automatic Order Rejection

Set an automatic order rejection timeframe that specifies if an order doesn’t get accepted by your store team in X amount of minutes, the order will be automatically rejected.

This is helpful when you get busy in-store and miss a new order coming through as it avoids the user waiting a prolonged period.

To set an automatic order rejection timeframe:

  1. Log in to the Store Manager and click Vendor Settings

  2. Scroll down to Operational Details

  3. Add the value in minutes in the box provided. This should be between 5 and 720 minutes

  4. Press Save at the top of the page

New Order Alerts

To ensure you don’t miss new orders coming through, you can set up a chime to sound when you receive a new order.

To enable the new order chime alert:

  1. Log in to the Store Manager and click Vendor Settings

  2. Scroll down to Operational Details

  3. Use the toggle to switch the New Order Chime to On

  4. Underneath, set after how many seconds the new order chime should sound. In the below example, this will sound every 5 seconds until the order has been accepted

Ensure the sound on your device is switched on and the browser page left open to hear the new order chime alert
