Spaces are meeting rooms or office in your location. 

Create a Space

  1. To create a new space click the (+) on the main view. 

  2. Fill in the following details: 

    1. Space type: The space type and at which locations it can be found. 

    2. General Information: Description of the space. 

    3. Seats: How many seats will be available in the space. 

    4. Amenities: Amenities available in the space. 

    5. SEO: It aims to improve your website's position in search results pages.

    6. Reservation rights: Who can book the space. 

    7. Reservation availability: Date and time of the reservation. 

    8. Pricing: Set the price for the space.

    9. Cover photo: Cover photo representing the product.

    10. Gallery: Add more images to highlight your description.

    11. Layout: Add a layout of the space for its efficient use.

  3. To finish click Create New Space. 

Duplicate Spaces: Click on [:] to duplicate a space. 

Edit a Space

From the list view you can edit, delete or duplicate the Space. 

Edit / Delete Spaces

  • Click the [:] and choose edit or remove. 

Export Spaces

  • Select the spaces you would like to export. 

    • Using the check box select the specific spaces you would like to export. 

    • To select all spaces click on the check box at the top right hand corner. 

    • Click Export csv.

    • This will also allow you to see how many spaces you have in total. 

  • No labels
