Content segmentation provides the ability to target a specific audience with content.

Examples of this include:

  • Content segmented to one company e.g a 'Welcome to the building' post for a new tenant move in

  • A Quick Link only visible to Key Tenant Contacts

  • A fire evacuation policy update segmented to the relevant building

  • A Newsletter exclusively for a particular user group e.g Residential

Content may appear under the For Me section on the homepage (if you have this enabled), in the Marketplace, on the Building Information page, within Quick Links or sent via Notifications and Newsletters.

This course will take you through the necessary steps for segmenting various types of content.

To begin, access our Content Management System:

  1. Head to one.getequiem.com and log in using your Equiem account

  2. Click the Content Management link from the toolbar on the left hand side

  3. This will open Iris, our Content Management System

You will automatically be logged in to the client that your account is connected to, and all sites for the client sit together in one account, but permissions are assigned on a site by site basis.

If you have access to multiple clients you can switch these in the top right corner. Click your profile icon, click the region and then select the client name from the list available to you.

If you do not yet have login access for the Content Management System or require permissions for another site please notify us at support@getequiem.com.

The best browser to use with Equiem One and the Content Management System is Chrome. Using other browsers can affect how the Content Management System and the platform function.
