As a Company Admin, you can add the users with the help of the Magic Link - a special invitation link, that saves your time and the time of people who you invite.

The invitation links that you sent will go to your organization members' mailboxes and you will see their status in the Members dashboard. If the link was successfully sent and the member has not taken any astion, its status is PENDING. If the member accepted the invitation, their status is JOINED.
The members of yor company will get the email with the link. When they click it, they will see the registration form.

When the member of your company completes the form correctly and clicks Join now, their status changes from PENDING to JOINED. The fields that the member completed in the registration form (e.g. Company name) would be completed on their profile.

Setting Up Custom Fields as a Global Admin
You need the role of a Global Admin to set up the custom fields that would appear in the registration form for the user who clicks the magic link.
Go to Community > Members on the left-hand side menu.
Go to Custom Fields tab and click Name your custom field.
Add the necessary fields that you want to have in the registration form and define if it should be optional or mandatory.
