You can also set your discount code to only be available for a specific audience, for example, if a new occupier has moved in and you would like to offer them an exclusive discount. We recommend speaking with your building team about this option.
Activating Discount Codes
All newly created discount codes are given the status Inactive. They must be activated before they can be used.
Open the Store Manager and select Discount Codes > Discount Codes
Locate your code, select the 3 dots and choose Activate
Select Yes in the pop-up provided
Your discount code will now be active. Use the same menu to complete a discount code once it has finished.
Usage Report
Track redemptions of your discount code in the usage report.
Open the Store Manager and select Discount Codes > Usage Report
Use the blue + icon to find redemption information for your discount codes
