1. To set a role for the user in Equiem One, go to Settings > Users and click on the user you want to assign a role. You can use the search bar to locate the user if required.

   

2. Once a user has been selected, a user profile will be displayed, navigate to the Roles tab.

3. Add Role and choose “Property Manager” Your site will be pre-selected but you can change this from the drop - down list .

4. A list of sites that you are eligible to be a Property Manager for is then available for selection, Select Site(s) the user requires the Property Manager role.

5. Once you have selected the Site(s), click Add Role.

   if you have access to more than one site.
   
   Tick the roles required, in this case, Property Manager.

6. Press Save Changes
