Overview

This document outlines the steps involved in setting the Property Manager role for building management in order to have the correct level of permissions when managing and maintaining the Visitor Management module.

Setting Roles

The Property Manager role can only be allocated by another Property Manager, a user account is required before an account can be located via the steps below to allocate roles through Equiem One.

 

  1. To set a role for the user in Equiem One, go to Settings > Users and click on the user you want to assign a role. You can use the search bar to locate the user if required.

  2. Once a user has been selected, a user profile will be displayed, navigate to the Roles tab.

  3. Your site will be pre-selected but you can change this from the drop down list if you have access to more than one site.

    Tick the roles required, in this case, Property Manager.

     

  4. Press Save Changes
