This role is typically assigned to both building receptionists and tenant specific receptionists or security teams to complete receptionist duties for their location.

A Property Manager or Building Manager may also be assigned this role to have an overview of the reception.

General Permissions (non-role based)

Content Management System

Permission Level: Site/Instance
Permission granted by: Equiem Administrators

Content Management System permissions are granted to allow users to complete various actions in the CSM for their associated site(s), including:

  • Create content and set status to Draft & Needs Review

  • View and edit Campaigns

  • Set posts to Published

  • Unpublish or expire posts

  • Add posts to the Featured section

  • Create & manage custom homepage feeds

  • Create and send Email, Push and SMS Notifications

  • Permanently delete a post

  • Create post templates

CMS permissions are typically granted to Receptionists, Property Managers, Building Managers and Community Managers who will be responsible for updating and managing the platform content.

Permissions for the CMS are modular, allowing users to access one or more of the specific actions listed above, based on their needs.

Reporting

Permission granted by: Equiem Administrators

Reporting dashboard permissions can be granted to allow users to access data for their site, including:

  • Active Usage

  • Module Usage

  • Tenant Activity

  • Feedback/NPS

  • Marketplace/Bookings Revenue

Reporting dashboard permission is typically granted to Property Managers, Building Managers and Community Managers who are responsible for monitoring usage trends, platform data, and generating reports.

Any user granted access to the reporting dashboard will be able to see all data relating to their site.

Store Manager

Admin

Permission Level: Site/Instance
Permission granted by: Equiem Administrators, Store Manager Admins

Admin permissions for the Store Manager are granted to allow users to complete various actions for their Marketplace as a whole, including:

  • Manage Site Settings

  • Manage Orders

  • Process Order Adjustments

  • Manage Users

  • Manage Deals Vendors

  • Manage Discounts

Store Manager admin permissions are typically granted to Receptionists, Property Managers, Building Managers and Community Managers who are responsible for managing the Marketplace on their platform, including inviting new vendors to register.

Permissions for the Store Manager are modular allowing users to access one or more of the specific actions listed above, based on their needs.
