To begin, access the Apartment Settings:
Head to equiem.one.getequiem.com and log in using your Equiem account
Click Settings from the toolbar on the left hand side
Select the Apartments Tab

You cannot have two apartments with the same name, so even if there is an Apartment 101 in each building, you will need to use the building name, or further address details to distinguish between the two. |
Finally, assign a Building and Level to your apartment, for segmentation. Buildings and Levels must already be added to your Site Settings, under the Buildings section, before they will appear on this page.
