Creating a new Apartment

To begin, access the Apartment Settings:

  1. Head to equiem.one and log in

  2. Click Settings from the toolbar on the left hand side

  3. Select the Apartments Tab

Click the ADD APARTMENT button.

Select Create New.

A New Apartment window will open on the right-hand side. Enter the apartment name or number.

If you have multiple apartment buildings, we’d recommend following this example format, so that users can easily find their address: 

  • 101 Hexagon Block

  • 101 Circle Block

You cannot have two apartments with the same name, so even if there is an Apartment 101 in each building, you will need to use the building name, or further address details to distinguish between the two.

Finally, assign a Building and Level to your apartment, for segmentation. Buildings and Levels must already be added to your Site Settings, under the Buildings section, before they will appear on this page.

You can use the search bar to search for a specific building if required.

Click Create Apartment once complete.
