Important Note: Visitor Invitation PermissionsWhen setting up a Building Reception, please be aware that by default, building reception teams do not have the ability to invite visitors. This restriction is enforced for security reasons to ensure controlled access to the building. If your setup only includes a Building Reception (without a separate Tenant Reception), you must create a Tenant Reception to be able to invite visitors. Do not add a receptionist to the Tenant Reception in this setup. |
