Once logged in to Equiem One, ensure the correct site is displayed within the header navigation.
Click Visitor Management.
Click Settings.
Click Create Reception.
Click Building Reception.
Select the Building via the dropdown the reception is being created for.
Select the Level via the dropdown the reception is location on.
Add a unique name to the reception via the Suffix field to differentiate between multiple receptions being located on the same level.
To add receptionist to a new/ existing reception use the search field.
Search for a registered site user by typing in their name or email address, once the user is displayed click Add.
Once the receptionist users have been added, click Save.
A user message will be presented confirming the creation of the new reception.
To manage a reception and the users assigned to access a reception, click edit button within the reception list of the settings screen for Visitor Management.
