As a Company Admin, you can add the users with the help of the Magic Link - a special invitation link, that saves your time and the time of people who you invite.A Magic Link is a The Magic Link is a customizable link or QR code that you can customize and send to all of the people share within your organization (or if you disable the restrictions, anyone could use it) so they can click it and register as members of the organization. It is beneficial for you, because it is one link (QR code) that you share with them. It is also beneficial for them, because when they use the QR code they got from you or they scanned (e.g. from the poster on the wall in your organization), they can eaisly and fast register and get the access to their member’s dashboard. You can also remove restrictions to allow broader access. Invitees can click the Magic Link or scan the QR code to quickly register as organization members.

  1. The invitation links that you sent will go to your organization members' mailboxes and you will see their status in the Members dashboard. If the link was successfully sent and the member has not taken any astion, its status is PENDING. If the member accepted the invitation, their status is JOINED.

  2. The members of yor company will get the email with the link. When they click it, they will see the registration form.

The form below is only the example form that we offer. If you need a registration form with more fields, contact your CSM or if you have a role of Global Admin, read the section Setting Up Custom Fields below.

When the member of your company completes the form correctly and clicks Join now, their status changes from PENDING to JOINED. The fields that the member completed in the registration form (e.g. Company name) would be completed on their profile.

You need the role of a Global Admin to set up the custom fields that would appear in the registration form for the user who clicks the magic link.

  1. Go to Community > Members on the left-hand side menu.

  2. Go to Custom Fields tab and click Name your custom field.

  3. Add the necessary fields that you want to have in the registration form and define if it should be optional or mandatory.
