As a Global Admin or Local Admin, you can add the users with the help of the Magic Link - a special invitation link, that saves your time and the time of people who you invite.

A Magic Link is a QR code that you can customize and send to all of the people within your organization (or if you disable the restrictions, anyone could use it) so they can click it and register as members of the organization.

It is beneficial for you, because it is one link (QR code) that you share with them. It is also beneficial for them, because when they use the QR code they got from you or they scanned (e.g. from the poster on the wall in your organization), they can eaisly and fast register and get the access to their member’s dashboard.

To set up an invitation link, you must have the role of a Company Admin.

To be able to generate the Magic Link:

  1. Go to your admin page at https://{yourOrganizationName}.spaceos.io/

  2. Choose the tab Members on the left-hand side menu and click “+” (invite new members).

  3. Turn on the option Enable the invite link and share it with your team.

  4. Now you can add the email addresses directly in this pop-up and click Send Invitations. You can also copy the invite link below (if you use a mobile device, you can copy the QR code) and send it to the members of your organization later, so they can start the sing up process.

  5. The invitation links that you sent will go to your organization members' mailboxes and you will see their status in the Members dashboard. If the link was successfully sent and the member has not taken any astion, its status is PENDING. If the member accepted the invitation, their status is JOINED.
