Equiem One operates on a role-based interface, different roles are able to perform different actions and see different widgets based on the role they have been assigned.
A role represents a predefined set of permissions throughout a region, site or building.

Property Manager
Permission Level: Site
The Property Manager role grants access to all site settings, including:
User, Company, Building & Apartment Settings, including the ability to grant roles to other users
Segmentation Settings
Site Engagement Metrics
Visitor Management Settings
Bookings Configuration & Management
Request Management
This role is typically allocated to those who work for the building in a management position, for example, Property Managers, General Managers, Building Managers, and Marketing/Community Managers.
Depending on the access level required, this permission may also be granted to Receptionists and Front of House Team Members in order to manage the platform, for example, by inviting and approving new users.
Workplace Manager
Permission Level: Site
The Workplace Manager role grants access to settings and features for their respective company only, including:
User and company settings, including the ability to grant approved roles and groups to other users
Create content for their employees and suggest content for the wider community
Visitor Management settings including allocating receptionists and managing who can create appointments from their company
Create and manage bookable resources
Create and view requests and assign watchers in Request Management
Submit permits for their company
Access trending content and events data
This role is typically allocated to your Key Tenant Contacts or those who work in positions such as Office Manager, HR Manager or Facilities Manager.
You may also allocate this role to your onsite/local retailers to enable them to create and share content with the building community.
