spaceOS Customer Support is available to help you with all of your spaceOS platform questions. The portal is staffed from 9am - 5pm CET.

  • We are here to assist with the following:

    • Request a New Feature / Product Improvement

      • Want to suggest a feature? Suggest functionality that is missing? See something that you would like to have improved?

    • Report a Bug

      • See something that isn't quite right? Getting an error when using a feature? Let us know by reporting it as a bug.

    • Ask a Question

      • Have a question about how something works? Need more information on a new feature? Technical information, how-to questions, product use questions. Not sure which category to choose?

    • Report an Incident

      • For out of hours support please submit any URGENT service down issues here. 

      • This will alert our on-call engineers who will verify your issue and either provide remedy immediately or the issue will be remedied during business hours. 

    • Submit a Translation / Language request

      • Need a translation updated? Found incorrect punctuation / grammar / spelling etc?

If the Customer Support Team determines it beneficial to interact with your environment directly, your support representative may host a secure remote session to work with you and your environment.

Support is provided primarily in English.
