Product: Equiem One

Release Date: TBC

Background

Last year, we launched 'Equiem One' to begin consolidating and enhancing all our products into a single interface and login. Equiem One creates a central access point for all stakeholders, integrating data & analytics, and thereby improving managers' insights into employee experiences.

You will find below a list of changes that we expect will take place during the month of November; we will provide you exact release dates as soon as they are available.

Domain change to equiem.one

Traditionally, Equiem was using the domain getequiem.com for its various applications. We have now acquired a new domain equiem.one, which is more aligned with our brand identity for the Equiem One platform.

  • As a result, in the course of October, we will migrate all Equiem One users to the equiem.one domain (instead of one.getequiem.com).

  • A user will still be able to use one.getequiem.com to register, but they will be automatically redirected to one of their sites associated with their profile, once they’re logged in.

  • Do not anticipate any impact on your day-to-day use.

Launching Site Specific URL site.equiem.one

To enhance your experience, we have also decided to introduce site-specific URLs for the sites a user has access to on Equiem One.

All Equiem One users will be encouraged to use their site.equiem.one address to log in.

e.g., rialto.equiem.one or canarywharf.equiem.one.

  • As a result, users will always land on their preferred site (and no other possible site associated with their account).

  • Users will still be able to switch sites seamlessly from their site switcher.

  • Do not anticipate any impact on your day-to-day use.

Switching Sites

We are introducing a minor improvement to the site switcher. When you select a new site in the left-hand menu:

We will provide you the option to open the site in a new tab (Button: “NO, OPEN IN NEW TAB”) or continue in the existing tab (Button: “YES, SWITCH”). This provides a bit more flexibility to manage multiple sites at one time i.e. you can open a separate tab and work across each tab at the same time. The confirmation modal now presents you with the following options:

  • As a result, you will see the color of the logo and the background gradient changing on Equiem One.

  • Do not anticipate any impact on your day-to-day use.
